The project inherently possesses a strong attribute of integrating industry with urban life. The designers have unearthed the local cultural elements of Sijing, Shanghai, pertaining to the fusion of industry, urbanity, and humanity, and have crafted the project accordingly. They have interpreted the commercial scenes based on the needs of the clientele, the characteristics of the industry, and the regional culture, catering to the industrial clientele and further enhancing the humanistic aspect of the project.
As the only overlapping area of the third-phase industrial park's circulation path, it is essential to plan its functions rationally and inject vitality into this place by leveraging the consumers drawn in by the industry. However, an industrial park cannot have employment as its sole function; their pursuit of life-supporting facilities does not match the 15-minute living circle life scenes of our project location. We are in dire need of linking the third-phase industries together through the creation of life scenes.
In response to the young generation's demand for strong experiential scenes, we have created visually interactive and immersive experience scenes to stimulate their desire for exploration. We have introduced an attractive IP, Song Xiaosi, to narrate the story of Sishi Haoshi. We have adopted the squirrel as the main image for our IP because squirrels become expert hoarders in winter, which not only resonates with the industrial characteristics of our international food industry park but also their adorable, agile, and fluffy features are beloved by young users.
