Shanghai Trend has been dedicated to creating new commercial scenes for over a decade, delivering thousands of outstanding commercial cases. However, we have also observed a striking homogenization in the domestic commercial landscape, with "a thousand cities looking the same" and "a thousand streets appearing identical" being all too common. The commercial sector is in dire need of breaking free from this predicament. Therefore, Trend aims to differentiate itself through commercial transformation, exploring and practicing the path of integrated commercial design.

Trend is a cross-disciplinary consortium of over a hundred professionals, adhering to the principle of "complete it once, do it right the first time." We address the dilemma of having to coordinate with multiple companies for a single project without forming a cohesive force to solve commercial challenges. Based on our initial understanding and perception of the project, in the upcoming renovation and enhancement tasks, our company integrates three major sectors—commercial positioning, brand rebranding , and space renovation—along with four business types: commercial streets, cultural tourism scenic areas, indoor spaces, and market market commerce . We innovate across seven dimensions, including pre-planning, branding, signage, IP image , architecture, landscape, and aesthetic displays , to redefine brand value and enhance commercial operations.
