In alignment with the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) district's character, our team has thoroughly explored the relationship between the city, rail transit, space, and people in the creation of the project's district. We aim to reduce the interpersonal barriers caused by rigid district planning and architecture. By integrating new Hong Kong-style elements in various aspects such as业态选择 (tenant mix selection), 橱窗升级 (window display upgrades), 立面展示 (facade presentation), and 室外外摆规划 (outdoor seating planning), we are颠覆 (redefining) Foshan's urban lifestyle.
